New Online Shopping
If you're a veteran Toklat customer, you might already be aware that we have been offering online shopping for some time now. You might also know that we pride ourselves on our continued support of our valued retailer network, and therefore do not sell direct to consumers.

We realize that this support can prove to be a challenge at times; we have so many products, it is nearly impossible for a retailer to stock every product we sell. In order to alleviate this issue, we have partnered with a very unique company called Shopatron.

Shopatron is a professional web shopping engine that handles all the orders that are placed on Toklat's web site. They process the orders and match them up with our participating dealer inventories, helping us to provide the widest selection and the fastest shopping experience possible. Orders will ship from the closest retailer who has your product in stock, and is ready to ship. On occasion, an order may be placed for an item that is not readily available at any one of our participating Shopatron retailers. In these cases, the item may be shipped directly from Toklat, assuring you the fastest and most convenient shopping experience possible.

New Features
In addition to a complete cosmetic overhaul, toklat.com is now offering several new features to improve your shopping experience. From integrated browsing, to online access to clearance items, the new toklat.com is offering more ways to get the premium products you need.

Integration
Previously, experiences on toklat.com were divided into two isolated interfaces working in tandem. This system would redirect shoppers from brand/product information to Shopatron's online purchasing site. Toklat has taken these areas of information and service and put them in one place. A visitor to toklat.com can now navigate information, select products and complete the transaction seamlessly. It should be noted that for the most secure online security, Shopatron continues to manage all online purchases. Questions about online orders should be addressed to Shopatron through Your Account.

Build a Wish List
Save selected items and retrieve them later with our improved shopping cart features. Once a shopper has selected items of interest and placed them in the cart, a "Save For Later" option is available in the cart content page. By simply entering a user ID (email address), shoppers may save and retrieve as many products as they wish at any time. The email address shoppers use to save information will not be used to contact, solicit, or distribute in any way.

Familiar Territory
To compliment these new features, toklat.com continues to offer many of the same tools shoppers have come to expect, they're just enhanced and more user friendly.

Local Dealers
Our dealer search, now labeled Find a Retailer, is located at the top-center of each page. This feature has been updated to offer a product spotlight, which allows visitors to see the various product lines featured in each local tack store. Site visitors are encouraged to search a larger geographic area by entering only the first few numbers of a zip code. Complete zip code entries will result in tack stores located in more specific geographic areas. One of the biggest changes to the dealer search page is the ability to search for tack stores by state.

Product Tips and Information
Information continues to be a cornerstone of toklat.com. More robust brands have additional resources to accommodate shoppers needs and questions. A branded page will display the brand logo below the Toklat logo. Additional care, fitting/sizing, tips, etc., will be located to the right of the brand logo. Previously, this information was located in sub sites of toklat.com, but now it has become an integrated part of the navigation scheme at toklat.com.

Shop Favorite Brands
The sites navigation is broken into two branches that lead to product options. Users may select from the product menu on the left of the page or shop their favorite brand by accessing the "Shop by Brand" link in the upper right corner. The left side navigation will provide shoppers with a more comprehensive shopping experience, giving exposure to smaller brands and a full array of the products offered by Toklat. Because of their market prominence, some brands are listed in the left navigation as well as the "Shop by Brands" link. However, the "Shop by Brand" link will allow a shopper to quickly access products from a trusted manufacturer and brand information like care or fitting instructions for that brand.
