International Orders

Taxes and Duty: Your home country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges. Toklat Originals, Inc. cannot estimate the taxes or duties on any international shipment. International shipments that are refused or returned will be refunded for the product but not the outbound shipping.  

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Effective July 1, 2026, the European Union (EU) will end the de minimis exemption for import shipments valued under €150, impacting all international shipments into the EU customs territory. 

• Low‑value goods previously exempt from import duties will now be subject to customs charges. 
• For e-commerce shipments under €150, a €3 customs duty will be applied per each line of customs import declaration.
• EU Value Added Tax (VAT) rules remain unchanged, as all imports have been subject to VAT since 2021. 

The European Commission also proposed an additional EU‑wide handling fee to cover administrative processing costs (potentially effective by the end of 2026) alongside existing national fees in some countries.
