We want you to be happy with your Toklat product! Click the link below to submit a Return Request. Items can be returned within 30 days, in new, unused condition with original packaging. Toklat does not provide return labels for standard returns. Toklat does not accept returns of soiled, dirty, or used items. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please follow the Return Request process to return the original item and place another order for the product that you want.
Items should be returned to this address and include order number and last name on the outside of the box:
